Your Opportunity

Primero are seeking a motivated, proactive, and experienced individual to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource, EPC, and / or contracting industries, experience in construction revenue accounting, project accounting and management reporting capabilities, with the ability to navigate through ERP systems or related systems and data.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Finance partner for our Operate and Maintenance business division.
• Execute end-of-month process for project and corporate finance.
• Prepare claims and billing invoices for our studies and engineering projects.
• Support corporate finance activities and prepare end of month management reports.
• Monitor project cost analysis and prepare forecast.
• Support ongoing reporting and variance analysis requirements.
• Prepare cash flow, including forecasting, actuals reporting, and coordination of debtors and creditors with accounts.
• Balance sheet reconciliation, justification and offer guidance to business on requirements.
• Process various journals, including project, recovery, and general ledger journals.
• Serve as point of contact for finance or project finance queries.
• Provide project accounting support as needed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
• Assist with development of finance procedures, policies, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Additional Duties : Perform any other duties as required by the Manager Finance
