Who we are looking for :

Someone who thrives off a busy environment, appreciates the simple perfection of a classic cocktail and likes the best tartare in town (in our humble opinion). Someone who has a natural affinity with hospitality and providing unparalleled experiences.

  • Grace under pressure : In a fast-paced environment, you remain composed; effortlessly managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests.
  • Impeccably dressed and well-groomed - you set the tone.
  • The ability to work as part of an energetic team, supporting your colleagues and having fun, whilst being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.
  • A strong work ethic and able to stay the course into the early hours of the morning. Hours are 5pm until 1am Tuesday to Thursday, and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Experience - we cannot forget! Ideally you will have at least 1 or 2 years within a similar venue.
