We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced VCE English Teacher to join our dedicated Secondary Boys School teaching team commencing Term 3 2025. This is a permanent role and can be offered as either part-time or full-time, depending on the successful candidate's availability and preferences. The ideal applicant will bring a deep understanding of the VCE curriculum and a strong commitment to student achievement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and rigorous English instruction aligned with VCAA study designs Plan, implement, and evaluate differentiated teaching programs to meet diverse learning needs Work collaboratively with colleagues in the English department and across the faculty to share best practice and support curriculum development Monitor and report on student progress, using data to inform practice Maintain high expectations for behaviour, academic progress, and personal growth About You Proven experience teaching VCE English with demonstrated student achievement outcomes Deep content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in English education Commitment to fostering strong, respectful relationships with students Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration A commitment to child safety and an understanding of the Child Safe Standards What We Offer A welcoming, inclusive school culture with a strong sense of purpose A strong commitment to staff wellbeing Up to 15 additional school-specific public holidays annually A chance to contribute meaningfully to a values-driven educational community To make any enquiries about this opportunity, please email
