Recruitment And Mobilisation Specialists

Our client who is a leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator and a Mobilisation Specialist for their Maintenance and Shutdown division based in West Perth. Both roles will be on a three month contract with Pearl with the view of permanency after this.

• Recruitment Coordinator
• Responsibilities
• Management / Constant Communication with suppliers on whole recruitment process for various positions, mainly for shutdown and project works
• Working with the scheduling team on updated vacancies
• Assisting when required with recruitment based tasks
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commence immediately

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible full-time working hours
• 40 - $50 p / h + super depending on experience
• Mobilisation Coordinator
• Responsibilities
• Compliance validation and checking for shutdown personnel
• Organising flights and accommodation
• Managing jobs in the internal software system
• Requirements
• A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role
• Experience using mobilisation software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX
• Great communication skills written and verbal
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to commence immediately

• 35 - $45 p / h + super depending on experience
