  • Proven financial management experience ideally within a school setting
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Accountancy or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting budgeting financial reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in education or nonprofits
  • Strategic planning analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated Christian leadership
  • Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card
