- About the role
This role will support HR Operations, Payroll and Total Reward Manager and the organisation in consolidating the labour cost governance (Workforce Planning), all reward related activities, HR transformation projects and initiatives of the employee life cycle and data analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and support numerous initiatives that underpin our HR business strategy including, but not limited to :
Support the definition of the Compensation and Total Reward framework and HR strategy for the country with the aim to become Employer of Choice in the industryCoordinate salary review process for all the population, assigning the budget and monitoring consistency with the performance development review process.Developing, maintaining, and updating employee benefitsContribute to the development of process improvement including monitoring, reviewing, improving, and developing HR policies.Collect and analyse human workforce data and prepare reports to support key HR processesPeriodical reporting including but not limited to, WGEA, Leave Liability, Sustainability ReportingCollaborate and support HR & Finance Team with workforce planning, Labour cost & ForecastingContribute to the deployment of HR Transformation project and Global HR Operating Model.Responsible for preparation and delivery of Short-Term Incentive (STI) & Employee share scheme (ESS).Perform regular audits for the integrity and accuracy of data on HCM and Payroll System.Act as the back-up resource for tier 0 (HR helpdesk and managing the HR inbox) in the absence of HR Operation SpecialistOther tasks as deemed appropriate by ManagerAbout youHave a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related disciplineA sound and practical understanding of HR process with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong HR Data Analytics experienceAbility to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practicesAbility to engage with both internal and external key stakeholders when influence decision which may have impact on the project deliverablesIntermediate to Advance ExcelAbility to compile MIS report on Annual Leave, Reward and Remuneration, Employee data AnalyticsAbility to interpret results to assist in planning, developing, and suggesting human resource management decisions used for total reward, benefits, productivity, labour cost and WFPIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. - MS PowerPoint, Ms Word etc.)Experience using Oracle or Cloud based softwareWhat we offer in returnCompetitive salaryPaid Birthday LeaveFlexible work arrangementYearly flu vaccinationsAmplifon training, career, and learning development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts on hearing aids for you and your family & friends!Discounted private health insurance and other benefits and products (including BMW, Apple, Endota Spa, Australian Unity, Bupa, Medibank, and many more!)Opportunity to advance your career on a global scale!This is an amazing opportunity to work within a strong culture and develop your career.
