About the Role

Based in South Guildford, Midland Brick is seeking a full time permanent Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our team. This position is a key member of the finance team, responsible for managing and leading a team of Accounts Receivable clerks, cashiers and being responsible for the maintenance of customer accounts.

Yourrolewillinclude : Leading the accounts Receivable function of the companyEnsuring all month end functions are completeAssisting in all month end reportingManage AR Team to ensure all queries are resolved and communicated in a timely fashionPerform rebate reconciliationsDrive process improvements and efficiency into the AR function, ensuring common processes are applied to all agencies and leading practices are adopted through staff training and system enhancementsManagement of light fleet vehiclesTracking of leases of Heavy vehiclesLiaising with HO on all Leasing arrangements and changesSkills and Experience : Previous experience in a similar roleAnalytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyProficient MS Office skills with Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate at all organisational levelsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; andDemonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships within a team environment.About the Company
