  • POSITION

    • This business is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Service Co-Ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of technicians who provide installation, repair, and maintenance services to clients.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for various security system requests
  • Maintain and update the company's scheduling system to reflect the status of all service requests
  • Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or issue
  • Invoicing
  • Reporting completed jobs to clients and updating them on the work

    • To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below :

  • Service Co-ordination, or Scheduling experience within
  • form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Blinds, Gates, Electrical, Construction etc -

  • Effective communication and computer skills
