UON is currently seeking experienced and self-motivated Operatorsto join our Projects team on a 2 : 1 roster.Key duties of this role includes : Operate and maintain the Company and equipment to Company, Client and manufacturers requirements.
Strong understanding of inspection test report (ITRs) and hold points.
Strong understanding of compaction methods.
Working knowledge of site safety requirements to observe and maintain a high level of safety practice at all times.
Manage own time to complete assigned tasks with minimal or no supervision.
Work as a team to develop and utilise the skills and knowledge required to deliver quality.
Think and behave in accordance with UON Values and Behaviours.
Participation and delivery of site and workshop tasks / works as directed by supervisor / management.
Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.
Tickets : Current M or A (WA) HR Class Drivers Licence White / Blue Card Construction Valid Operating Tickets – Excavator (LE) Valid Operating Tickets -IT Loader Valid Operating Tickets -Skid steer Loader (LS) Valid Grader Ticket (60t) Valid Dozer Ticket (D6 - D10) Current Chainsaw certification Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF) Current High Risk Work Licence – Dogging (DG) Valid Load restraint training (Secure Cargo & Load And Unload Goods / Cargo) Current High Risk Work Licence - C6 – Up to 60 tonne capacity slewing crane Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) Training Cardiopulmonary Perform Resuscitation (CPR) Training Senior First Aid Training Current Nationally Accredited Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years) Chain of Responsibility – Drivers Training What UON can offer you; A corporate Health Cover Plan exclusive to UON employees Training and Development programs (apprenticeship, traineeship, internal training) Career development opportunities working with some of the best in the industry A fun, active social club Only those with the unrestricted right to work in Australia will be considered.
