With a focus on sustainability and innovation, the company maintains a strong presence in the market with operations in multiple locations worldwide.Job Description Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot issues Assist in the development and implementation of OT solutions Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions Continuously improve and adapt to technological advancements in the industry Provide training and support to team members when necessary Report any potential risks or issues to the management promptly The Successful ApplicantA successful OT Site Support Specialist should have : Qualifications (ACMA, CISCO CCNA, Cert III Communications) Strong knowledge of OT systems and software such as MineStar, WIFI, LTE, Frontrunner Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a site / field situated set up Great communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry regulations and standards Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholders 3-5 years of experience in a similar OT capacity.
