The Opportunity :

To do this successfully you will :

• Create, edit and review training resources and digital learning assets
• Implement training and adhere to a training governance framework and processes
• Optimise digital approaches to move from traditional to a technology driven learning experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering digital training solutions in complex organisations
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
