We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated

  • Field Services Scheduler
  • to provide comprehensive support and scheduling to our dedicated FST (Field Service Technician) team. You will be the communications conduit responding to the needs of our internal and external customers in a timely and professional way.

    Your new role will support our Field Service Technicians and customers to ensure we deliver on our Customer First philosophy - we are easy to do business with.

  • What your new role entails
  • Schedule and deploy our FST's to customer sites to conduct safety and quality audits on equipment, action on site repairs, testing and certification safety products
  • Managing customer interactions end to end from booking a service to invoicing work delivered
  • Identify and assess customer requirements and needs
  • Ensure delivery expectations are managed and delivered
  • What you will bring with you
  • A can-do attitude and your organisational skills!
  • Planning and Scheduling experience (preferred)
  • Customer service or sales experience (essential)
  • Computer Skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the Lifting, Rigging & / or Safety supply business will be an advantage but is not necessary as our teams will guide you through
  • A confident multi-tasker with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
