Major Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise functional and technical requirements.
• Assist in defining business services and capability elements.
• Compile charts, tables, and other forms of data visualisation.
• Assist in modelling activities to support resource and workforce decisions.
• Define and develop business strategies and goals to enable engagement with key stakeholders.
• Conduct modelling for project processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions and project impacts.
• Support internal and external transformation and change initiatives.
