You will actively contribute to the delivery of the Home Lending Assessment service levels through completion of agreed deliverables with the Team Leader.
What will your day look like?
As a Lending Officer - Self Employed, you will achieve measurable performance benchmarks as set by the Home Lending Assessment Department in relation to :
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :
Demonstrated Banking or Lending experience (preferred)
Customer Service skills (Face to Face or Call Centre, mandatory)
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines (Desirable)
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise, together with a high level of attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict.
