What you'll be doing :

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure high output with minimal downtime
• Conducting pre-start checks and identifying potential mechanical or quality issues early
• Following all safety procedures, food hygiene protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Working closely with team members across production, maintenance, and quality
• Performing basic cleaning and sanitising of equipment during and post-shift
• Maintaining accurate production records and supporting continuous improvement efforts
