About the Role :
We are seeking a Client Service Manager / Business Manager with digital advertising and media experience to join the Lifesight team in Sydney reporting to the Country Manager ANZ. Lifesight Client Service Managers are an integral client-facing role, managing client service and providing consultative support and advisory services to Lifesight partners and customers. The primary focus of the Client Service Manager role is to manage the day to day delivery of Lifesight services and delivering great customer experiences to partners and customers to support growth and retention.
- Applicants should possess a mixture of consultative client service skills, process delivery and stakeholder management skills and have a strong desire to engage with customers & partners to inspire loyalty.
- Be comfortable working autonomously and independently accessing support as required from cross-functional team members including product, customer success, engineering and sales.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills will allow you to flourish as you become the primary contact for existing client and partner relationships.- An understanding of digital media / advertising technologies and platforms, the ability to interpret data and customer requirements will be second nature to assist with troubleshooting, recommendations tasks and delivering reporting duties.
- Advanced Excel skills and a level of confidence presenting will be valuable, to conduct onboarding workshops, present insights & reporting with key partner accounts.
- Requirements
DESIRED PROFILE
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a client facing account management within ad technology, digital publisher or media agency environments
- Experience with programmatic and / or social media advertising will be essential to succeed in this role
- An interest in data & analytics products and solutions
- Strong organisational / time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and associated tasks simultaneously
- A Bachelors degree in a business, marketing, technology or scientific discipline preferred
- Advanced Excel Skills - highly numerate with a good eye for numbers and detail
- Cultural awareness and an appreciation of diversity
- A can do attitude and desire to solve problems for clients / partners
