The PA to the Head of Junior School - Donvale provides efficient and timely administrative support to the Head of Junior School - Donvale. This role leads the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Reception and general office management.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
High level accuracy and attention to detail
High levels of initiative
Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability of prioritising tasks
Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to relate well to students, parents, and staff
Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Advanced use of broad range of ICT with an emphasis on the Microsoft suite
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Previous experience using Synergetic is highly desirable
This position is required 45 weeks of the year and is an on-going opportunity with a December commencement to allow for a handover.
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
