We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to successfully manage large profile jobs throughout the Perth region. We have a large and diverse pipeline of works that ensure the future of our business is secure.

• First and foremost you will need a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Experienced in hard and soft landscape construction.
• Ability to read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications & plans
• Excellent planning with the ability to effectively trouble shoot whilst managing deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, subcontractors and clients
• Attention to detail and work produced on site to a very high standard
• Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
• A Team player with a positive can do attitude
• Sound WH&S knowledge
• Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in large scale commercial landscaping _(in a Supervisory / Team Leader role)_
• Senior first aid (preferable)
• Construction White Card
• WA Drivers Licence
• Tasks
• Coordinate the team to effectively deliver a high standard of finish on our projects.
• This role will require strong leadership with a hands on approach
• Effectively manage reporting deadlines including safety and operational targets
• Lead and develop the team including performance reviews, training and development
• Salary
• 80,000.00 - $99,999.00 per year
