Position Overview

The role involves supporting, enhancing, and leading the bank's overall risk management programs, including Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, and Risk and Governance Management. Responsibilities include leading various risk programs such as Risk Appetite Statements, Risk Monitoring, Self-Assessments, Third-Party and Model Risk Management, and more. The incumbent will establish cross-functional partnerships, perform independent analytics for risk identification, and stay updated with regulatory guidance to improve risk programs.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay or Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve assigned risk management programs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a risk management liaison to business lines, providing support and process improvement recommendations.
• Develop and maintain risk management tools and reporting systems.
• Stay informed on regulatory guidance and industry best practices, recommending strategic enhancements.
• Coordinate materials and presentations for Board and Committee meetings.
• Support company-wide initiatives and participate in governance forums.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 4-7 years in financial services with risk management responsibilities; understanding of enterprise and operational risk, control frameworks, and banking products. Preferred : advanced understanding and certifications.

Certifications : Preferred : Accredited ACH Professional and other risk management certifications.
