Service Scheduler – Arndell Park

Location : Arndell Park

Pay Rate : $35 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am – 4pm

Temp to perm opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Scheduler to join a busy and well-established team in Arndell Park.

About the Role as a Service Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the daily operations of our service team. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing technician schedules, liaising with customers, and ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites
  • Manage incoming service requests and daily job workflows
  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Support the broader service team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, service coordination, or admin role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the industrial or mechanical services industry (desirable but not essential)
