You will provide visibility of WA programs' change impacts and risks through coordinating, managing and maintaining the change deliverables such as change impact assessments, change plans and heat maps across the program. This role works in close collaboration with other major programs overlapping and impacting key WA stakeholder groups. You will engage and coach senior business leaders to drive change adoption across multiple functions, projects and workstreams, as well as deploying measurable transformational change management initiatives.
DutiesDevelopment and implementation of integrated Program Change Management Strategy and Roadmap to manage multiple, complex and interlinked change impacts and risk across programsEstablish and implement Organisational Readiness framework to facilitate optimal change adoption and realisation of business objectives through ongoing assessments to evaluate and monitor internal stakeholder and industry participant preparedness and ability to support changes.Lead and manage team of Change and Training Professionals in the delivery of organisational change management services across program (stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change readiness activities, communication plans, training and awareness planning and coordination, as well as monitoring of change benefits realisation), by providing frameworks, professional guidance and support to the various program initiatives and ensuring alignment to company change practices.Development and implementation of an integrated Program Change Communications & Engagement Strategy and Roadmap, in consultation with stakeholder relations and media communications teams.Lead and coordinate development and delivery of a Program Training Strategy and delivery Roadmap to build internal knowledge and capabilities, as well as supporting industry through an external "education" program.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify people risks / opportunities and ensure change impacts and concerns are well understood and appropriate strategies are developed to address these.Broker strategic solutions and central coordination of cross-functional, as well as cross-organisational business process reviews and organisational changes to facilitate process transition and role clarity across all stakeholder groups.Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in related fieldChange Management certification (PROSCI would be advantageous), or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development in change managementChange management expertise including change management strategy development and implementation planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessment, business readiness.Experience in delivering complex change projects with organisation wide impact, across multiple industries and different styles of change (e.g. technology, process re-design, restructuring etc).Training and development background and experience would be advantageousExperience in working as part of a wider change team and the ability to understand broad enterprise requirements in line with standard company practices, processes and utilisation.Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent work streams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Gayle Truslove on 08 94231400 quoting reference 249490
