As our Solutions Consultant, ANZ, you'll collaborate with enterprise sellers (Regional Sales Directors) and Customer Success Managers in the region to identify customer's business goals and initiatives, and uncover unmet needs and challenges. This is a pre-sales focused role in which you'll consult and partner with various stakeholders, from C-Suite Executives to Researchers, to maximize the quality and value of the insights they will gather from UserTesting's solution. You'll develop strategic solutions that map to customer's business goals and initiatives and provide recommendations and best practices on how UserTesting can address business goals and initiatives, unmet needs, and challenges.
You're consultation with customers will deliver relevant and impactful product demonstrations that impress the value of UserTesting's solution in relation to customer's goals & initiatives and enables them to develop a deep familiarity of the UserTesting platform via hands-on training leveraging relevant use cases.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our sales organization, being a thought-leader throughout the sales process by articulating and demonstrating how UserTesting's solution solves business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes. You'll be part of both a global Solutions Consulting team as well as a local, commercial sales organisation which includes Account Executives, BDRs, Marketers and more!
