  • You will have ownership of our clients customer journey; including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to their organisation.

    Position Requirements :

    • Interest and / or experience in SaaS solutions
    • 2+ years in customer success or customer service role
    • Professional and patient phone manner
    • Your responsibilities will include :

    • Supporting organisations to implement new software
    • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
    • Scheduling check-in calls and reporting on client health
    • Conducting client reviews and identifying growth opportunities
    • Maintaining accurate data of client touch points
    • Contributing to product design, testing and implementation
    • Celebrating success over some long lunches!
