Their commitment to social and environmental responsibility sets us apart in the market, and we're seeking a passionate and experienced National Sales Manager to drive their presence in the surf, skate and action sports retailers across Australia and NZ.
As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's reach and influence within the surf and skate industry. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in national sales management, a deep understanding of the surf and skate culture, and a passion for retail.
- Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers within the surf and skate industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive brand growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand positioning.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- What we need from you
- Proven experience in national sales management selling into retail in this industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Passion for the surf and skate culture and strong networks and relationships within this space
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in national sales management
- Experience with NZ retail will be highly advantageous
