Base pay range A$90,000.00 / yr - A$120,000.00 / yr

We are excited to partner with a well-known and respected organization based in Melbourne's south east. Currently undergoing an exciting transformation, they are seeking a Senior Payroll Professional to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing of payroll across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles with meticulous attention to data entry, calculations, and compliance. Maintain and update employee data and payroll systems, ensuring security and data integrity. Manage payroll-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance on policies to employees and stakeholders. Oversee and manage Payroll Tax responsibilities. Mentor and develop the payroll team, fostering professional growth and development. Collaborate on payroll reporting and compliance, contributing to key initiatives and system enhancements. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve payroll efficiency. Work closely with the current team lead to assist with training and development of staff. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing in high-volume or complex environments. Experience with ADP and Entertainment industry highly advantageous. Solid background in Payroll Tax management and mentoring team members. Expertise in payroll software and data reporting, with a strong focus on compliance. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and agreements with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Why This Role?
