Maintenance Scheduler - Perth Based

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced

• Maintenance Scheduler
• to join the team in a full time permanent position based at the Perth Airport. Working closely with the Components Supervisor you will schedule repair works for our external customer. You will be part of a small, high-energy team where your multiple skill sets and qualifications will be highly valued. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 6am - 4.30pm.
• Responsibilities of the role
• Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes to reassess and amend scope of work responsibilities
• Provide Support to workshop by ensuring procurement is streamlined and minimises parts delays
• Chair weekly planning meetings with supervision team as well as internal customer to understand priorities
• Construct weekly plans with consultation with workshop supervisors
• Communicate weekly key deliverables and assist in executing plans
• Communicate with external stakeholders and manage external WIP to ensure KPI's are met
• Have up to date 3 month forecast to highlight work or resource shortfalls
• To be successful the following is required
• 1-2 years in a similar position
• SAP experience
• OEM warranty experience
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage fluctuating workloads
• Mechanical background
