What You Will Be Doing

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating our large brake press machines (Bystronic Xpert Pro or BySmart). This includes accurately interpreting CAD drawings, marking up parts to specification, and maintaining an efficient workflow to meet production targets and deadlines. You will also be expected to identify, report, and manage any damaged or substandard products, perform routine machine maintenance, and keep the work area clean and organized. All tasks must be carried out in strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements, promoting a safe and productive environment for both yourself and the team.
