As Operations Manager , you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery of hotel housekeeping operations while driving continuous improvement, cost control, team performance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute towards achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Seek and respond to site audits and client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.
- Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.
- Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.
