  • Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? Flex Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager who’s ready to make a real impact across multiple high-performing hotel properties in WA.

    As  Operations Manager , you will oversee the day-to-day service delivery of hotel housekeeping operations while driving continuous improvement, cost control, team performance, and client satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute towards achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
    • Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.
    • Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Seek and respond to site audits and client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.
    • Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.
    • Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.
    • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.
    • Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.
    • What we’re looking for :

      A confident, hands-on leader with extensive experience in hotel operations, particularly housekeeping services.  Results-driven and customer-focused, you understand the balance of delivering exceptional services and thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.

    • Proven success in a similar role, consistently meeting and exceeding objectives and targets.
    • A thorough understanding of the processes and methods that ensure a successful housekeeping department.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high-energy teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financials, budgets, and cost controls.
    • Strategic, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
