In your role you will be responsible for : Working with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements.

Technical delivery of projects by the most efficient means possible. Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodology. To succeed in this role, you will have the following experience and competencies. Minimum 5 years IT technical service delivery experience. Skills and experience with Microsoft technologies - Windows Sever 2008 through 2016 and Client 7 through 10. Specialising in most of the following technologies : SOE build through MDT, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Azure, SQL, other core Microsoft products. Specialising in one or more virtual infrastructures like VMware, HyperV. Specialising in one or more of the following hardware platforms, HP Storage / Servers, Meraki / Cisco Networking, NAS Devices. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good decision making / problem solving skills. Server and Storage hardware skills and experience. Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues. Ability to work in a billable hour target environment. Able to build and maintain relationships with customers Ideally have own transport available for travel and a current driver's license NOTE : As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
