  • The Role
  • Within an assigned territory, you will be responsible for managing the sale of CyberCX capabilities, products, professional services and managed services.

    CyberCX Account Managers build new account customers, identify further sales opportunities within existing accounts, and manage customer satisfaction, through coordinating the preparation and presentation of CyberCX sales proposals, quotes and tenders. As an account manager you will be accountable for meeting account growth targets and KPI's.

  • Key responsibilities (but not limited to) : _
  • Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans regarding customer accounts to achieve sales revenue / quota targets
  • Work closely with customers to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for CyberCX
  • Act as the main interface between the customer and CyberCX to ensure continued high service levels
  • Form effective working relationships and understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote CyberCX as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving "preferred" supplier status
  • Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of customer engagement and following up referrals / leads, and keeping abreast of competitor's sales strategies
  • Enable and conduct product demonstrations and conversations with technical SMEs and customers
  • Proactively engage internal stakeholder build buy-in on account pursuits
  • Cultivate, develop, manage, and qualify opportunities, and maintaining accuracy within the CRM
  • Continuously seek to gain knowledge of government policies, funding arrangements and market trends.
  • Responsible and accountable for the preparation of sales proposals, tenders / bids, contracts, and account management plans

  • Additionally, you will also possess : _
  • A minimum of 3 years account management and customer-focused solutions experience
  • Proven project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • An ability to influence and engage with customers with exceptional listening and negotiation skills as well as excellent relationship management capability
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
  • A record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Demonstrable ability to win new customers and understand how to leverage CyberCX offerings, team, methodology and capabilities to grow your accounts
  • Please note, due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens with the ability to hold an Australian Security Clearance. Only Canberra based applicants will be considered for this role (flexible hybrid working environment; a blend of office and WFH - not remote)._
