- What We're Looking For
- 6-12 months of recent
- contact centre experience (last two years).
- Financial services experience? A bonus!
- Already have your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance / Advice certification? - Even better!
- A people-first mindset
- you genuinely care about helping customers.
- Outstanding communication skills
- clear, warm, and adaptable. You know the importance of slowing down, adjusting tone depending on the caller.
- Empathy & patience
- you guide customers like a pro.
- Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM rosters, 37.5 hrs / week on a casual basis).
