    • Up-skill by attaining your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance / Advice certification!
    • What We're Looking For
    • 6-12 months of recent
    • contact centre experience (last two years).
    • Financial services experience? A bonus!
    • Already have your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance / Advice certification? - Even better!
    • A people-first mindset
    • you genuinely care about helping customers.
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • clear, warm, and adaptable. You know the importance of slowing down, adjusting tone depending on the caller.
    • Empathy & patience
    • you guide customers like a pro.
    • Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM rosters, 37.5 hrs / week on a casual basis).
    • Onsite role - easy access to public transport!
    • Strong professional references.
