The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Client Services Administrator (CSA) , with a positive can-do attitude, to provide administrational and organisational support to the team of accountants and their clients.

Key responsibilities will include :

Managing the workflow of a team of accountants to ensure they have a steady stream of work that is complete as scheduled
Preparation and distribution of letters of engagement and proposals to clients
Liaising with clients to gather information and documents
Attending to and liaising with clients and accountants on queries
Setting up work papers
Scheduling and booking internal and external meetings
Managing the teams work in progress (WIP's)
Raising of invoices
Attending to ATO phone calls, daily lodgements and coordination of IAS and BAS emails
Managing lodgement of tax returns / management of the team's tax lodgment program
Preparation of Group Structure Charts

What you will bring to the team

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a CSA role in an Accounting Practice

Team player with a positive attitude
