We have exclusively partnered with a leading hospital based in Melbourne known for participating in leading health research, providing innovative healthcare, and for being the voice in the community championing health equality. As part of their strategic growth plans, a rare opportunity has emerged to join their nimble yet high performing Philanthropy and Investment team as a Database Development Coordinator.
The main purpose of this position is to continuously improve the overall donor experience by optimising, developing, and managing processes and procedures to ensure best practices are carried out that protect and donor information and donor funds. This role is instrumental in managing the hospital's donor database to create the necessary efficiencies that increase usability and contribute to the donor growth strategy over the next 5 years and beyond.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne and comes with flexible work from home options, ideally working onsite 2-3 days per week. This role is paying up to $85K + Super (commensurate with experience), plus NFP salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave, as well as monthly ADOs (Allocated Day Off).
