About the Opportunity : PARC Engineering is seeking skilled & experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our FIFO projects (20 : 8 Roster).

Key responsibilities include : Supervising Construction and Commissioning Contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams. Ensuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirements. Ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work. Generating work packages, assigning tasks, and supervising resources as needed. Reviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions. Developing and reviewing contractors' work method statements, work procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Supporting contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA / QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reporting. Reporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent and / or Pre-Commissioning Superintendent / Manager. Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure work schedule alignment.
