General Practitioner (VR) - Join This Friendly Mixed Billing Clinic | Bentleigh, VIC
Are you a passionate VR GP looking for a supportive and flexible work environment in one of Melbourne's most vibrant suburbs? This well-established mixed billing clinic in Bentleigh , just 13km from the Melbourne CBD, is seeking a Specialist General Practitioner to join the team.
Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work , this clinic offers the flexibility to suit your lifestyle - along with strong clinical and administrative support.

- Mixed billing model - $180 + GST / hour guaranteed for the first 1-3 months, then 70% of billings

- Be fully registered with AHPRA
- Ideally, have 4+ years' GP experience in Australia
- Commit to ongoing CPD
- Complete supervisor training (can be undertaken after starting)
- Minutes from Brighton, Sandringham and Elwood beaches

- Paediatric services with an in-clinic Paediatrician

- A comprehensive range of primary health services including drug and alcohol support
- Leave Loading : 17.5% on total accrual
- Compassionate Leave : 5 days paid per instance (full-time equivalent)
- Superannuation : Paid in alignment with Superannuation legislation, including ordinary hours of work, overtime, and applicable allowances
- Paid Parental Leave : 6-12 months eligibility, with up to 8-14 weeks paid leave depending on service
- Family Violence Leave : 20 days per annum (non-cumulative)
- Personal Leave : Up to 190 hours pro-rata per annum
- Family Leave : Entitlement honoured for the first 12 months of employment
