  • The Role
  • We're seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Building Manager for a residential apartment building. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing contractors, and delivering top-quality service to residents. Supported by an experienced Operations Manager and admin team, you'll help implement maintenance plans and ensure the building runs smoothly.
  • About You
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in similar role.
  • Strong communication and management abilities, and multilingual
  • Fluent in Spanish and basic mandarin.
  • Diploma or higher in a related field, or at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • The salary to offer is $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.

    • Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
