We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our tight nit team. Here is your chance to join an OEM that genuinely cares for its staff and customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for interpreting, processing, and supporting customer spare parts requirements for Komatsu Forklifts.

Your strong customer service, drive and problem-solving skills will allow you to excel in this role. You will leverage on a variety of communication tools and techniques to ensure prompt turnaround to spare parts inquiries and orders.
