- What you'll be doing
- Available to start immediately and able commute to Sydney CBD, and its surrounding suburbs
- Providing one-on-one support and assistance to clients
- Supporting with daily living tasks and Community Participation activities
- Responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality programs for client in accordance with the identified requirements of the PCP and their goals
- Facilitate and encourage participation through the use of effective and augmented communication and interaction strategies
- Implementing positive behavior support strategies to manage complex behaviors
- Requirements
- Flexibility to work a casual shifts, including weekends (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday)
- Good communicators and able to build rapport and trust with our participants
- Relevant qualifications in disability support care
- National Police Records check
- NDIS workers screening clearance
- Working with Children Check
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car insurance (required to transport our participants)
- First Aid Certificate
