• About The Role
• Efficiently respond to customer and workshop inquiries regarding vehicle parts
• Interpret and identify van and truck parts accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the parts department
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and availability
• Process orders and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts when necessary.

• About You
• Experience in within the automotive industry is beneficial but not mandatory
• Previous experience in a 'customer facing' role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound administrative and organisational skills
