The role of a Customer Connect banker is to service and fulfil banking needs of customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently on a range of general banking enquiries. In your new role, you will respond to inbound calls and will provide outstanding service to our banking customers on each and every call. On any day, you can be helping customers with their general banking questions, account maintenance, technical enquiries, as well as servicing specific products like credit cards and deposits.
