Job descriptionResponsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth Conduct A / B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize campaign ROI Work with the product and design teams to ensure seamless user experience across all marketing channels Collaborate with the data and analytics team to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights Monitor and report on key performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS and more Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing strategies and tactics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C ecommerce environment Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and experience with A / B testing and campaign optimization Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
