Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Warmly welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and positive attitude Coordinate bookings for dining, events, and club facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely communication Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Assist with administrative duties including data entry, filing, and general office tasks as required Uphold club policies and procedures with integrity and discretion, maintaining confidentiality as needed Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or leisure environment Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and creating positive connections Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking systems (knowledge of Jonas Leisure software is advantageous) Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility as needed A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required Benefits Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Opportunity to work in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by natural beauty Staff discounts on dining and club facilities Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth Supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on teamwork and camaraderie
