This successful, family-owned and operated plumbing supplier is seeking a Trade Counter Sales professional to join its close-knit and collaborative team. About the Role :

As a key member of the Trade Counter Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for a diverse mix of customers, ranging from trade professionals to retail clients. You’ll provide expert advice, assist with product selection and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Work hours :   Monday to Friday : 7 : 30am – 5 : 00pm & Every second Saturday : 8 : 00am – 12 : 00pm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries and tailored recommendations
  • Accurately process sales transactions in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked trade counter
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure a seamless workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide the best possible solutions

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (plumbing industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
