The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to support the growth of our Civil Engineering division on the Sunshine Coast. You will be responsible for the planning, design and execution of complex land development, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Reporting into the Principal Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving success as well as having the opportunity to independently manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, innovative civil designs across various projects.
• Resolve project challenges with a focus on constructability and cost-efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and designers.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the civil team on the Sunshine Coast.
