Job descriptionCustomer Service Liaising with external stakeholders in relation to products and delivery. Production Planning Collaborate with production teams to plan and schedule manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are achieved. Resource Allocation Coordinate and allocate resources, including machinery, materials, and labour, to meet production requirements. Quality Control Oversee quality control procedures, ensuring that products meet established standards and specifications. Inventory Management Manage raw material and finished product inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and facilitating reorder processes. Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including work orders, quality reports, and inventory logs. Communication Act as a liaison between production teams, supervisors, and other departments, facilitating effective and timely communication. Problem Solving Address production challenges and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Reporting Generate regular reports on production metrics, efficiency, and any issues that may impact production processes. Safety Compliance Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, identifying and addressing safety concerns promptly. What you need to be successful in this role Education Diploma or equivalent. Experience Prior experience in a production coordination or similar role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. Skills Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
