Job descriptionCompetitive Casual hourly rate $31.68 p / hr + $0.98 p / kms + superannuation Autonomous, flexible, work life balance Casual, Monday to Friday shifts, 15 hours per week Rosters provided 5 to 10 days in advance Passionate about customer service Motivated and enjoy a challenge Enjoy developing and growing brand advocacy A positive and proactive team player able to commit to your shifts as a core member of the team Confident, approachable, and friendly personality with the ability to engage and build strong relationships Responsibilities will include Creating, building and maintaining quality point of sale displays and planograms in store Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands Achievement of targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory Managing your territory of retail stores and reporting tasks with good quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app Requirements Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Full Car Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle a must (Learners Permit NOT accepted) Benefits The benefits of working with CROSSMARK 31.68 per hour + $0.98 per KMs + Super Referral programs, ongoing training, recognition and career opportunities Flexible hours and rosters provided 5 to 10 days in advance Work in and around your local area Immediate start Work with Australia's leading brands and retailers No experience necessary, paid training provided

The role
Enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of Optus & amaysim products within a variety of retail stores. This is an exciting time to join our growing business as we continue to build new partnerships, creating more opportunities for our teams.
