About the Role We're on the hunt for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership of all things buildings, equipment, and infrastructure across our expansive site. This is not a desk job - you'll be on the tools, leading a small team, solving real problems, and making things happen every single day. The ideal candidate? A practical, solution-focused builder who's not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Whether you're supervising cradle builds for our luxury yachts, maintaining workshop equipment, or planning small construction projects across the site - you'll be an essential part of our daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing Leading and working alongside a tight-knit team of maintenance techsOverseeing the upkeep of buildings, site infrastructure, tools, and equipmentManaging minor building projects, repairs, and fit-outsBuilding and maintaining custom boat cradlesCoordinating waste and compactor systemsEnsuring safety compliance across all facilities workLiaising with production, engineering, and logistics teams to get the job done rightWhat We're Looking For A qualified builder or someone with significant hands-on building experience (residential, commercial or marine)Solid experience in facilities or property maintenance - preferably in a manufacturing, construction or industrial settingA proactive, adaptable approach - you're a fixer, a problem-solver, and someone who rolls up their sleevesStrong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks, lead a team, and still stay on top of the little detailsGreat communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy Join Riviera?
