Job description

You will provide timely and effective administrative services to the Builds Team as well as its customers. You will develop relationships and build trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close jobs for allocated machines
  • Raise all purchase orders and travel authorities relevant to allocated machines
  • Assist with scheduling of services
  • Site mobilisation functions
  • Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services
  • Provide fortnightly WIP report to review invoice targets
  • Update data bases filing and generating reports
  • Develop build manuals for Liebherr new machine assemblies.
  • Formalize defect reports from machine inspections.
  • Compile commissioning document requests.

About You

  • Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency
  • Initiative and selfdrive
  • Problem solving skills
  • Sense of Pride and high attention to detail in all that you do
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
