As part of our Creative Shop Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) team, you'll manage complex issues alongside a group of creatives who are interested in leveraging AI to push marketing boundaries. You'll work on high-profile campaigns for some of the world's most exciting brands and develop innovative strategies that boost engagement, build brand awareness, and drive business results.

Creative Strategist, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Responsibilities :

  • Set creative vision and develop strategic plans that focus on the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta.
  • Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency sectors to position Meta for success with large-scale companies.
  • Create creative solutions that inspire, influence, and drive client action.
  • Operationalize a data-driven approach using metrics and insights to identify challenges, track progress, and ensure sustainable long-term growth.
  • Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative success.
  • Learn quickly to decode and deploy emerging experiences aligned with Meta's technological advancements.
  • Identify clients' creative challenges and develop, deploy, and scale innovative ideas and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of creative experience in brand and performance marketing / advertising, gained from agencies, in-house teams, or content creators.
  • Proven ability to identify, scope, and implement innovative, business-centered solutions, with experience in vertical short-form video and creator marketing across industries.
  • Experience developing creative ideas for paid social media campaigns; portfolio required.
  • Experience influencing C-level clients and agencies.
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising.
  • Hands-on experience creating persuasive presentations, mockups, and videos.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Understanding of measurement tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Data fluency—comfortable working with data dashboards.
  • Experience in marketing and business within the ANZ local markets.
