Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, preparing performance reports, identifying and capturing new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills
• Experience in client relationship management and strategic planning
• Understanding of the automotive claims industry, insurance industry or fleet industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
